A must have for every network tech bag
I keep one of these with me in a bag you never know when you might run into a router or switch with a DB9 console port. It works and it's a good insurance policy. Easy to use
Quick and easy to use null modem conversion

Null Modem
Excellent sale, good communication, fast shipping, product works, and overall worth the price. A+++, interfaced well with USB/RS232 serial cable and Cisco Managed router cable.

Works like it should
It's just a null modem adapter, but it was well priced and works just as it should. It came with some stand-offs, but I didn't need them. I needed it to join two USB to DB9 serial adapters, where one port is used for the main program and the other is an emulator of what's on the other end of the cable, like a local loop-back.

It works
It works. What more can I say? it is an eggshell color, made of hard plastic and has four finger screws on it. Because it is a female 9 pin on both sides it has 18 total holes in it. (Reviews must contain at least 20 words about the product)

Very nice little device.
This comes with a few attachments in the bag, e.g., standoffs, which give it very good flexibility in application. It is a well-made adapter that is wired as an RS-232 serial null-modem.

I bought this so I could connect my laptop to the RS 232 port on the back of my Yamaha receiver for easier system set-up. It let me adapt the male and of the cord from the USB adaptor to the male port on the receiver.

Que se puede decir de este producto. Realmente el funcionamiento es simple. Funciona correctamente y la calidad de fabricación es buena. Estoy contento y el cliente para el que se lo compré no se ha quejado así que cumple con su cometido. Y eso que el cliente es un imbécil de mucho cuidado.
