How many gallons does it treat?

The front of the container states "Treats up to 21 gallons" -- my husband uses this product in our 1965 Mustang, which has a tank size of 16 gallons. Depending on how often he drives the car and fills the gas tank, he uses 1 bottle with each fill up. I hope this answers some of your question.
