Q: How to use this product?

You mix it with baking soda even parts. 1 scoop of Baking soda and 1 scoop ORS mix it well and you put it on your hair and let it sit about 15-30 minutes I don't remember how long but you use a plastic shower cap no heat is to be applied.

Q: For those that had a positive experience, how long did those results last? Do you still use the product?

I have used these products for about 4 months now and I really can't brag about them. Not a magic bullet but give it a try. Didn't do it for me. Back to dr miracles.

Yes, it comes with 2-3 cups, 1 spoon, and 1 brush.
