Muy mala
La verdad no es nada cierto todo lo de la discreción la compre me duró 2 días la use como 10 minutos por día y ay tercer día ya no cargo más y la batería no dura nada y es muy pesada no la recomiendo mejor comprar una bicicleta eléctrica que funcionan perfectamente y el proceso de devolución fue un problema nunca pude regresarla el vendedor quería que pagara $700.00 dólares para la devolución casi el mismo precio que cuesta el producto así que yo salía perdiendo el dinero no la recomiendo para nada 😡😡

Bike specifications
The bike's not bad it has a slow acceleration and I don't know why it is advertised as 25 mph when it really only goes 23 wait dependent I'm only 153 lb it's okay if you're just trying to drive around your local town but if you plan to travel to another town it's a pain it doesn't good up hills well extremely slowly maybe 10 miles an hour up hill wish it was 25 mph

Fun scooter be ready for researching
The media could not be loaded. Packaging was almost overly done, but mine came unscratched or damaged in any way, so thanks for that. After 2 hrs of scratching my head and throwing things around the room I finally got it together. That's where it got very fun! It takes off slowly, but at max speed it said 38kph on the same charge on the battery as it came factory set. I'd say it's a overall great scooter with some of that Harley touch to ice the cake. Note it does not handle like a motorcycle but smooth in its own way.

They don't respond to emails, chats or phone calls
This company seems like a farce. I just need to order brake pads (that only lasted a year), but their site is screwed up and doesn't let me order them. These scooters are junk. Don't waste your hard earned money.

Update things looking up
So as I said great for short rides and the company doesn't have much support, but I found a lot a of batteries on another site and on another site for parts. The bike only went 23mhp I got it to hit 25mph just by changing the battery and I get 18 to 22 miles before only 8 to10 miles

Five Star Product and Seller
The media could not be loaded. I live on Venice Beach and my bike is literally the talk of the town… Had a small hiccup, but the seller immediately offered support and a solution. This is literally a no-brainer buy and one of best things I’ve ever bought online.I’m going to update this review with a GoPro video my ride along the coastline from Venice to Pacific PalisadesAll the bike rental shops ask me where I got from, which is true compliment.

After three rides
….a different part or screw has become detached; preparing for each journey is getting to be tedious especially when THERE ISN’T ANY INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ASSEMBLE! Quite pricey for the inconveniences that comes with each ride. Considering returning TBD
