I was not expecting miracles from these little headphones but they have surprised on the upside. Bought to replace the headphones supplied with iPhone SE, I'm not sure why Apple continue to supply the plastic finish that slips out the ear - these solve the problem and the sound is certainly as good if not better. Arrives with two sets of replacement ear buds - one equal size and one smaller if needed. Control for volume, skip and pause/start also works a treat. Also comes with a detachable clip. They're not the quality of a £300 pair of headphones but for £20 they are very tricky to fault. Great for exercise as well - where the apple heads would almost certainly drop out.

Bought these just today, lasted 5 minutes:.. sound was good quality! But I let my phone drop just a little and the cable snapped. Very disappointing, can’t believe how flimsy the cabling is. £20 down the drain...

These headphones lasted me a total of 4 months, until 1 headphone randomly completely stopped working. Most headphones last a lot longer than this. I bought these for i believe £15.99 in November 2020, they have now increased to almost £20. It’s a shame as the sound quality is good, but i expected at least 8 - 12 months worth out of them. These are not worth the money at all, for the price they are charging.

I was initially very happy with this item. However, after about six months I noticed that the music would cut out, followed a clicking sound. This became increasingly frequent to the point that it is almost impossible to listen to music, on the move. The clicking is also present during calls.I will initially thought the issue was with the phone, but this was eliminated as the source after testing with an Apple headset.I have requested a refund as they are not usable. This is a shame, as these have a nicer feel to the Apple ones.

I bought these earphones for my son, who is very fussy about how earphones fit in his ears. He loved them. They fit perfectly.One earphone would not work properly. I contacted the seller via Amazon to ask for a replacement pair. They were extremely helpful and sent me another pair when Amazon refused to do so themselves, and only offered a refund.I am quite happy how Neumart handled this issue, and have already received the replacement pair. Just need to wait for my son to come home to try them and see how they fare.
