Juoos Charging Dock Stand for Apple Airpods Wireless Bluetooth Headphone Case [Use with Original Cable] (Red)

They were sorry to hear I was having issues with the dock and were willing to send me a replacement in case there was something that was wrong with my original purchased dock. Underneath my dock are three grooves. I thought it weird there are three instead of one, but I thought maybe it was dependent on which direction the user wanted their cable to exit the base, because the grooves visually appeared to be the same size. I pushed my cable up into the center groove and it fell right out and I remember trying to hold it in that groove and extract the airpods and that did not work either.Getting to the point; I figured I would try another groove to which it seemed my cable would not fit. Then your email echoed in my head, "The cable should not move at all, as long as it is secured in the strip underneath." So I put more effort into pressing it into the groove and, as my four year old son would say, "Lah Wah!" (everyone else says, Wah-lah). The cable connector no longer becomes un-seated.I was really considering spending more money on trying another airpods dock from another manufacturer, but I'm glad you wrote me and the base works as it should. I love it now, like I thought I would when I purchased it. :) I will update my review on Amazon.Original review below*******************************************************************I want to start by saying I would have given this product 5-stars if it wasn't for the simple fact that the lightning connector will not entirely stay seated in the base... during extraction of the airpod's case, the connector pulls up and out of it's seated position. Most times it will only pull up about a 1/4-inch before being dislodged from the airpod's; though there are still some times when the connector will stay connected to the airpod's case up to 3-inches (or more) beyond the it's seated position in the stand. This can be very frustrating.I was leaning toward the Spigen airpod's stand since they make a great Apple Watch charging stand, but I thought this Juoos would be a lot easier to dock the case since the case sits inside of the stand which would make aligning the connector a thoughtless process... which it does... versus the Spigen which would have you trying to align the connector to the airpod's port which essentially becomes the airpod's stand.Overall though, this is a nicely machined piece of metal with mostly all very smooth edges, a nice weighty feel, small size, and decent color selection. It makes docking/charging the case a very quick process. I also like being able to pop open the case while it's docked and grab an airpod or two and leave the case behind to charge or simply just to be kept in It's place.Some of you might want to know how the lightning connector routes into the stand, well its kind of like sticking the connector up through the bottom and through, then turning the connector 90-degrees and pulling it back down till it comes to rest in it's groove. There are some grooves on the bottom-rear of the stand that allows you to "nestle" the cable into so that it routes out from under the stand and stays toward the rear of the base, but other than that there are no mechanisms in-place to keep the connector from being pulled up and out. See pictures.I'm going to contact the manufacturer and ask if they have any suggestions when it comes to the connector "play", short of gluing the thing in-place.

This dock was perfect for me. The cable access hole in the bottom fits the charging cord perfectly. You simply rotate the cord once it is in and it locks in place. The cable can then be routed through a channel in the base, onto your desk or you can ignore the channel, as I did, and send the cable straight down a through-hole in your desk to your USB hub. The casing is quite heavy. The finish is attractive. It works as advertised -- an excellent value. I don't see how you can go wrong.

Great accessory. It's very well made and works perfectly with my new AirPods. One of the better iPhone accessories I have ever purchased.

This charging dock is just right. Not too big, nice weight so it does not get knocked around and looks good as well. I never have to search for my AirPods as they are now always in the charging dock.

at first look when i ordered it i did not know it would turn out sturdy!amazing block of metal piece of a dock,it does not comes with a cable so know it, only the dock.also it can fit original cable only, 3rd party cables wont fit inside the cut-outs.it come with padded unti-slip bottom for extra grip!it fits well like a glove, but know it wont fit with the protectors/covers you guys use.all for all this dock is amazing !!worth my money for sure !!

Simple but effective charging base for Apple AirPods, easy to set up, stylish looking and has a heavy weight so it feels sturdy

This little guy is just perfect for charging air pods! It’s very solid, heavy weighted, and doesn’t move around or slip. Air pod case just snaps right in. You do have to install an Apple lightening cable, which fits perfectly! I highly recommend!!!
