I am normally a 34 waist. I have to buy these in large (38-40) in order to get a proper fit. I have been wearing these for years so I know to buy them large.

These are totally 1 ply material.
I love the colors. The fit was alright. Delivery was on time. The material is thin and comfortable. Be aware that the product is one ply. I did not catch this in a review. The pouch is one ply. Not much support as a result.
