I wear a womens 9 Which shoe should I order?

You could probably get a Medium. I tend to wear a 9.5-10 in womens. I got a medium and it fits but my toes are right at the edge and slide forward a little when i walk.

How do you know shag size to purchase?

I wear a women’s size 8 1/2 shoe so I bought a large and it fits just fine. The Velcro straps makes sizing easy.
