I honestly don’t leave many reviews but I had to for this. One of the best books I have ever purchased and will keep me busy over the coming years. I’ve been to Glastonbury and Avebury many many times, Stone henge, Waylands Smithy and many others along the way but what this book does is show you lots of the little and unknown sites. Beautiful pictures too. This books is a blessing for anyone that wants to find the sacred sites for Faeries, ancestors or just to visit for the natural beauty. This book is a blessing!

This is quite possibly the best guide book I’ve ever purchased. It’s incredibly well written, full of facts that I didn’t know - even though I’ve visited some of these places countless times.I love it.

This book has everything you need to explore and discover this sacred isle. Beautifully illustrated with wonderful photos, and brief descriptions of everything you need to know.

I got this after hearing the author on the OBOD podcast. It is a truly fascinating trove of must-see sites especially if you are studying, or have an interest in, Britain's mystical past.

Book itself is interesting and I look forward to visiting some of the places in the book on my travels. However, book arrived with the back cover torn, not a major issue but not what I expect when I receive a new book.

Very informative and details of locations.

I am going on a trip in the fall to Wales and Cornwall and was looking for a guidebook with suggestions for less commonly known magical, mythical sites.I just received this book today and I am so impressed. It is printed with good quality paper and contains vivid beautiful photos. There is a handy key in the front letting you know the main focus of each of the sites (ie faires, portals, magic, giants etc). The book is clear, informative and organized both by interest and location. I am so impressed with this book and plan to bring it with on our trip. I already know it will be invaluable.

My husband - the gift recipient - LOVES this book.He tells me he is really enjoying the unstuffy writing, the photos are beautiful, and the personal style of the book is really easy to read.Recommended.

Lives up to its title.

Love this book. Great way to take a trip to a land you want to see but can't get to at this time. It transports you through the photos and descriptions. Love the magic of the beauty of this book.
