I take turmeric on the advice of my doctor to reduce overall inflammation, so have tried many different brands. These thin, oval tablets are an unusual shape and presentation, as my other pills have all been powder-filled capsules of varying sizes, and are quite easy to swallow in comparison. They are certified organic with the USDA organic symbol and include relatively few ingredients. As someone else noted, the tablet form makes them ideal for travel or storage generally, as they won't break open/leak and result in turmeric staining (it is used in natural dyes for a reason!). The dosage is similar to other pills - 2 tablets for 1000 mg (1 serving) of turmeric, so this bottle is correctly labeled as 45 servings. Things I don't like about this brand - they provide the distribution location but not the origin/manufacturing location of the tumeric, this formulation doesn't include black pepper to aid digestion, and the price is a bit higher than others. Still, if an organic formulation and the easy-to-swallow size/shape appeals to you, these would be great to try.

I try to add turmeric while cooking but the earthy smell and taste don't go with everything. These little tablets - exactly as shown by the seller - are easy to swallow and have essentially zero taste. The seller doesn't show how well these are tamper resistant. There is a cellophane wrap on the cap AND there is a foil tamper resistant seal on the bottle opening. This makes me feel better that these have not been opened by anyone other than me. The pictures of the bottle and contents are exactly as shown by the seller. Using these tablets to reduce inflammation overall and am so happy the ingredients are organic. So far, so good.

Thought I give it a try, and it didn’t disappoint. Not only that it helps relieve pain on my knees, I feel better overall, more energy and sleep better. Excellent supplement. Expiration date on bottle is 02/2025.
