What is a "nugget?" Is it round or what? And how big is it? Thanks!

These are great and I really like them; they work great and taste good.  I've never seen or taken another pill that looks likes these nuggets do but a round pill probably is the best thing I can think of to compare them to. When you turn them on an end, they are like a very small, in diameter, round pill but they are thicker than most round pills that size.

Question 3

The photo label states 5000 MCG, but the product description states 1000 MCG.  Which is it?

I just purchased this a few days ago and I received 5000 MCG, but purchased this listing for 1000 MCG. The white label affixed to the bubble wrap in the box listed it as 1000 MCG, but when I opened the product the actual bottle is for 5000 MCG. I was going to return it, but will try to just cut the pills in half since I was planning to take two of the 1000 MCG nuggets anyway. I think there is a mix-up somewhere.

Reformulated? Why? No longer dissolves under tongue.

I don't know, I'm just another buyer. But this pill is very small, which makes me think that it could fall into the hands of children and have a rapid absorption of it, that this is not good. In addition, the rate of absorption that makes you can no longer use the pill under the tongue, is because they have coated with particles of the drug in waxes or other products insoluble in water and this is the result. I can find no other reason for its reformulation. Even so, I still use it.
