I am not a fan of beets but the benefits of consuming them are real. These capsules are perfect. They are slightly large, but they are not difficult to swallow at all. There is no funny taste to the coating. The main thing that I have noticed since I have started on these consistently is an improvement in my overall energy levels. I used to be dog tired by mid-day. That is a thing of the past now. My energy has skyrocketed and I couldn’t be more pleased. These capsules have definitely made a difference for me. I would recommend them!

As a returning customer I love these products. The capsules are always easy to swallow and have no noticeable flavor. I love how this product is just the beet root and capsule. No fillers. Vegan. It’s claimed to be organic but not certified so my guess is that they haven’t gone through the certification process but they know their sources and it’s not grown or processed with chemicals, pesticides or insecticides. In the future I would like to see it USDA certified organic and in a glass bottle. I find that there is no unpleasant taste to the capsule or any weird capsule aftertaste. It’s easy to take. Now into performance. I find that it’s a decent level of a dose. My blood pressure seemed good and it seemed to make me feel less bloated and better performance in yoga. It is felt as I feel I have better digestion and better circulation. Beet root has so many good health benefits and I feel some are noticed and some I just know but this product definitely works!

I’m very impressed with these supplements! Although somewhat large these were easy to swallow with no difficulties. I love that there’s no taste, although I love beets in general. I’m so excited that these are all natural, vegan, gluten and soy-free. I like this product so far and just with a few weeks I’m noticing increased energy, especially in the later part of my day. I would definitely recommend these if you’re looking for a natural supplement to boost energy and is anti inflammatory.

Loved this product, it is a huge pill but it is easy to swallow and its flavorless to. I started to feel like little things changing bit by bit, like energy was a bit better without me having to use all the coffee or energy drinks all day long, my legs and arms were feeling less cramped up. And they were feeling like that everyday for like a month before I started taking these pills. All in all, these are great. Great product, try them out.
