I like the way the information was presented: as an interview. However, there wasn’t a lot of clarity on just HOW to get out of toxic relationships. I feel like that was glossed over pretty heavily. A lot was focused on understanding the narcissist, what makes a narcissist, and shifting the perspective. There was also insight into the victims, although less so. And a couple interviews in there that I didn’t see to be wholly relevant to the topic at hand.
