They do not provide any extra fill and it cannot be adjusted. In my opinion, this is an awesome pillow.

No! Box said made in China. I would not have purchased if I'd known that.

I suffer with cronic severe debilitating migraines. The pillow only stays cold for a few seconds. Headache/Migraine sufferers need something that will be cold for a longer amount of time.
