BONTEC Adjustable Arm Rest for Desk, 360° Rotating & Extendable, Aluminum

I spend long hours working at my computer, and even though my chair has armrests, they were never at the right height. After a few weeks I started feeling tension in my shoulder and forearm, so I decided to give this arm support a try. Installation took less than a minute and required no tools. What impressed me the most is how naturally it moves with my arm when switching between the keyboard and the mouse, so I don't have to keep lifting my elbow throughout the day. The construction feels solid, and the clamp has stayed firmly in place since I installed it. The height adjustment also makes it easy to find a comfortable position. After using it for several days, I noticed I finish my workday feeling much more relaxed. It doesn't replace good ergonomic habits, but it is an excellent addition if you spend long hours at a desk.

I have a good office chair and didn't want to replace it, but I needed taller arm rests because my shoulders were hurting. It took less than 30 seconds to install, you don't even need directions. The support is great, you can adjust the height with a small switch (no screwdrivers or allen wrench required!), and it moves with your movements. There is a small pad that your arm or wrist can rest on for comfort as well. I am honestly blown away by how this thing moves with your own movements and the quality seems to be very good, it doesn't feel cheap at all. EDIT: Bought in Feb. 2025 and as of Oct. 2025 this thing is still going strong. It has held up amazingly. Still works as smoothly as the day I received it. The clamp has not come undone once and it is super sturdy. No complaints!

I have severe tendonitis and tennis elbow after graduating with a BA in 2D animation and comics. This pain has severely affected my day-to-day life and made it really hard for me to play video games without an L desk. Problem is, I have a small room and can't fit an L desk in it. This is where the Adjustable Arm Rest came in! I had no idea these existed, and I was a little skeptical that it would fit on my desk once I bought it, but it worked completely fine! It's adjustable to different heights, handles the weight, and looks great for its price. It feels durable, and the cradle relieves the pain in my arm, wrist, and elbow. It's lacking in padding, which is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5, but that's nothing a little DIY can't handle.

These are game-changers. The construction is incredibly sturdy, being metal for all the parts except the little curved bit where your arm sits. I worried that there wasn't enough padding, but they are shaped right and I have had no issues at all, even when using them for very extended periods of time (like 8 hours or more). I have a standing desk, so these mounting to the edges means I can support my arm weight and ease the strain on my shoulders even while I'm standing, which is amazing! Also, my desk chair's arms are way too far apart, and I didn't even realize how much it was contributing to my back, neck, and shoulder pain until I got these. Being able to swing my arm back and forth between typing and using my mouse has made a monumental difference for me. I didn't even realize how much I was leaning on the left arm rest of my chair until I got these... I was putting way too much of my weight in a lop-sided position. It took a little getting used to, but these are great for my posture because if I slouch too much, they'll drift a little, but if I square my shoulders and straighten my back, they support me exactly as much as I need them to. Note: one of the tiny pins was slightly loose in one of mine, so I had to carefully tap it back into place so that it didn't fall out. You can't even tell that it was loose now, which I showed in the pictures.

This armrest is a lifesaver! My desk is a bit taller than usual, and the armrest on my office chair was too low for my arm to rest comfortably. This armrest solved the problem. I simply attached it to my desk with the included screw, adjusted the height, and I was good to go. No instructions needed! The height is adjustable, and the two movable metal arms give you a full range of motion while keeping your elbow in place. In addition it also solved some pain I started to feel in my wrist from the unnatural arm position, I fully recommend it?

Total life saver. I'm a big guy. After years of doing 12 hour days with my shoulders crammed together so I could rest my elbows on my char's arm rests, I started having serious pain in my right shoulder all the way down to my wrist. This device has alleviated that pain completely! My shoulders are relaxed and I can rest my elbows at a comfortable, natural width. This is a quality device; heavy metal. I'm a body builder and my arm is heavy. It handles it with ease. So glad I got this!

I bought this because of shoulder pain. I was guessing on what caused the pain but after reading many articles I decided it might be a Repeated Strain Injury disease. I am old and have Parison disease and play a lot of chess online. I got this and after an easy install my shoulder pain disappeared afar using it my pain decreased and disappeared in a few days.

Damn, I did not expect this thing to fit so perfectly in my setup. If you play dm a lot and your forearms hurt, this is a game changer. Literally. My pinky hurts more than my arm now. That being said this product there is a small bump you can feel on the pivot. It's not as smooth as it could be. Also, I'd imagine forearm aimers with low sens will have a difficult time with this product cause if you try to move your elbow aka the pivot, you'll have a harder time. Thats not to say you cant move your forearm with this, just only in a 45 degree angle.

I've been playing video games for a very long time and it's important to me to be able to keep playing. It's the main thing that helps distract me from pain and illness. I have systemic lupus and a genetic type of arthritis that's destroying my joints. The most recent joint to go is my right shoulder that needs to be replaced. It was getting extremely painful trying to use my system and play games. It was getting near impossible to sit and play for any length of time. This has completely changed that and I can play without pain. Occasionally there still might be a tiny bit of pain if it's a bad day but no where near the amount it was before. I've lost the ability to do a lot of things I once enjoyed and was afraid playing video games was next on the list. Thanks to this device, it's no longer a concern. Thank you to whoever came up with the idea and design, it's restored my ability to do something I love.

It's sturdy elbow support. Metal body, elbow rest is plastic. Height adjustable. No assembly required. You can rest your elbow, but you can't put more weight. I'll buy one more for other elbow.

Fabulous. I could not use my left hand at all to type due to problems with my arm. Now I can use it almost as good as I ever did, and I was a software developer! I can confirm it is simple to install, very easy to adjust, looks good, is very comfortable, and very well made. What I love the most is its adjustability as I am typing; your arm sits so well and snug in the cradle that it moves left to right, forward and backward, just as you may need it to, on the go. Really feels like my arm is floating but fully supported and in control the whole time. My typing is getting faster and more accurate the more I use it and I can sit more relaxed like I used to. Brilliant.
