DANISH ENDURANCE Merino Wool Base Layer Set Men, Top and Bottom Set, Thermal Underwear for Mens, Long Johns, Long Sleeve

These base layers are awesome. Super comfortable, light weight, nice looking, and they don't get stinky, ever! I've washed them a few times because, I just felt like I should, but they never at any point got gross, and I work hard outside for 8 hours a day, in the summer and the winter. It can be a bit much when it's hot out, they aren't as breathable as a baggy pair of pants, but you don't drown in them, and they regulate your temperature pretty well. They ran a bit small on me, but my proportions are a bit unorthodox, so I'd just refer to the size chart.

Some of the best under layers I have owned... In fact maybe to good. Kept warm and perfect fit. Sized right.

Very comfortable, nice and warm and quite thin so they fit under your clothes easily. Compared to other well known brands, they are quite affordable. My only gripe is that the material separated from the elastic band at the top of the leg. I'll have to get out a needle and thread to repair this so it doesn't get worse. Otherwise I would purchase these again as I think I got an unlucky one.

TLDR: These quality garments have kept me comfortable and stood up to daily use through 3 New York winters. I liked these so much after wearing daily for a few weeks, that I also purchased a second set of these and a pair of same brand short sleeve shirts to wear on milder days as well. I mix/match/pair these with good quality Polypropylene underlayers for outdoor work and hiking. My adult son works outside in Denver winters, so I bought him some of these and he loves them also. The only wear or damage these have suffered was self inflicted, I once caught the front of the underlayer pants in my zipper and caused a small tear/hole, but they have gone through many wear/wash cycles since with no further degradation. I have worked outside in New York winters for the past 40+ years, as a utility field service technician. I appreciate good underlayers and I am glad I purchased these.

Fit is excellent, quality feels really good. They are thin, but they are light weight so think it's expected. I bought them for a bar layer for work and kind of want to get heavier ones too.

Great product for the price. I originally ordered a small (6 feet or 183 cm tall and 147 lbs) but it was too tight - bought an M and it’s perfect in every way. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Item came used with bodily fluids and hair on it. Also came with the seam undone. Absolutely disgusting.

I have purchased many , many socks from this company for myself and family & have been very happy with the Quality, comfort & value . I will continue to purchase this company’s socks!!! I am disappointed at the quality of these merino wool under- long -johns. I have only worn & washed them twice & they a pilling….& not the same soft smooth fabric I have with my “old long John’s” Just not the quality I expected. The weight is nice and comfortable under clothes. My other merino long John’s ( probably a decade old ) & I can’t read the label or identify the brand however the fit, smooth soft fabric is still just like new…. I thought it would be helpful to have more than one pair…. But I am determined, I’m going to try harder to figure out the brand of my “old pair”

I’m homeless, and with the recent –3° cold, this set kept me comfortable — not warm-warm, but definitely not freezing. I wore it with a beanie, thick cotton joggers, wool socks, a thick cotton T-shirt, and a medium-thick cotton hoodie. I wasn’t “properly layered” the way outdoorsy people talk about; this was just an average person dressing normally. When walking, it actually got lovely and warm — even a bit hot unless I stopped now and then to cool off. Despite looking thin and slightly see-through when stretched, it hasn’t developed any odour, and it has held up well aside from some bobbling. Honestly, it’s worth the money. For winter activities where you’ll be moving — dog walking, construction, anything active — the 180g version is perfect. For someone living outdoors more consistently, or even hobbyist survival types, I’d definitely recommend spending the small extra amount for the same brand’s 260g heavier-weight set. The difference would be huge: you would actually feel warm while sitting still. But I'd imagine once you start moving, you’ll heat up fast, to the point where even stripping layers might not cool you down unless you completely stop. The top stays tucked into the leggings without riding up once. It’s extremely soft, too. Overall, genuinely worth the money. Hand wash or use a delicate cold cycle, and I don’t see any reason it wouldn’t last, even if it looks a bit delicate on close inspection.

This is the first time ive ordered anything WOOL for a base layer or otherwise.... When I received these I was shocked at how thin and light they were.... I THOUGHT I GOT RIPPED OFF (Spoiler alert I DIDNT).. AT THE TIME i was like GREAT ANOTHER AMAZON SCAM.... and through them on the dresser as I had a cold day ahead of me the following day . Again first time owning a baselayer so laugh, or dont, I dunno WTH I'm doing here folks LMAO so BOXER, Base layer, pants, insulated overalls.... (I dont know if u wear boxers with BASE layers LOL) NOW LET ME TELL YOU ! I was so warm and cozy! didnt think such a thin layer would even be noticed ... THEY WERE and are at lease 40% warmer than my super restrictive FLEECE layers! i was lucky enough to catch the first pair i ordered on a sale my second ones i paid FULL PRICE FOR and 10/10 would recommend
