Anyone know how to turn off the change air filter light?

Change the filter, unplug it and turn it back on

How often is the filter(s) changed? What do they cost?

I find the 3 months change misleading. I literally change my filter once a month. Adds up quickly in costs. Granted I have several dogs, but the statement a filter last for months is simply not true for everyone

How do you unlock it once it's been locked ? Mine won't unlock when I push the lock button.

The lock feature and reset feature of the machine are required to hold the button for 3 seconds. You should be able to hold the lock button for 3 seconds and it unlock. I would refer to the manual and look up the lock feature if you need further assistance. The machine is not a complicated one.
