I saw this product recommended on social media as a top item to bring to the Kentucky Derby to prevent blister pain, and I’m so glad I listened! Although I didn’t need it during the Derby, I recently wore heels all weekend for an event and, by Saturday evening, my feet were definitely feeling it. I had a painful spot on the side of my foot before I even left the house. Thankfully, I remembered the Dr. Scholl’s Moleskin Padding Strips. I cut a couple of small pieces and applied them directly to the problem area. I even pre-cut a few extras to keep in my purse just in case. To my surprise, the painful rubbing stopped completely and stayed that way the entire night! Even better, the moleskin stayed in place until the next day. It sticks incredibly well, and you don’t need a large piece to get relief. This product is now a staple in my event bag, perfect for long nights in heels. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to stay comfortable and blister-free!

Where has this been my entire life?!!! These strips are absolutely perfect. I have a pair of flat slingback shoes that are perfect except the slingback strap was rough and cutting into my heels. I would wear a bandaid on my heels every day to keep that from happening but it looked ugly and I was surprised at how many people noticed (and remarked) on it. In frustration I knew there had to be something better out there and upon searching I found this. It has changed my life! You can cut it to adjust and fit any place on your shoe that is causing irritation, pain, or pressure. It's soft and just thick enough to fit the resulting pains but not too think to wear you can feel it or it affects the fit of your shoe. It is sticky and stays in place exactly where I put it. It has such a low price and you do get three sheets which should last me for a while. I keep one sheet at my work desk, one in my purse, and one at home so I can make adjustments to my shoes if needed at any time or place. I love love LOVE these strips-I think I'm going to include them in birthday gifts for all the women in my family. No longer do you have to put up with painful irritating shoes!

I used this to line the inside of a strap on a pair of heels that ran across the toes because I blistered HORRIBLY the first time I wore them. Wore them a second time for a wedding and that's when I added the moleskin. Adhesive is strong and stayed put while walking (a lot) and dancing all night. Thick, but not so thick that I felt it. I cut one pad to make two thin strips and still have plenty more that I will be using for other heels.
