My mother needs a perfect Grinder machine from a long time to fullfill all the needs and after lots of searching I came across this Sumo Machine. When I unboxed, it comes with different sizes of jars,as per your need.It's ergonomic handles and firm locking mechanism of the jars makes it very easy to handle.The blades are sharp enough to blend anything in just one click.It is a smart looking equipment with incredible power,looks great on modern kitchen counter.Fulfils all kitchen needs and made my mother's work much easier. Highly recommend to all.

Grinds faster than other 750 W mixer grinders. Rustic and sturdy. The steel used for the jars could have been better. Juicer jar is useful. Have been using it for over a month now. No problems till date. Good value for money.

Do not buy this product.low quality and gives up after 1 year.

Took the item out of the box to use it and believe me, it didn't work.The body is made of very cheap plastic and might break if pressed hard. The power cable is not more than 0.5m long. After spending over £100, I expected the unit to be well built. The jars were made of steel but the handles were again completely plastic and might break if used roughly.My old prestige mixer grinder lasted for over 15 years and is well built, heavy and made of thick plastic. Overall, definitely a NO from me and wouldn't advise anyone to buy it. Be prepared to be shocked if you buy it. Would have given a zero star.

When the unit stopped working, they don't have a service centre in Bangalore. Once you send an email to their support, one more questionary with 10/12 questions will come. Once that is done, then one Ticket # is given. My unit not working for the last week and I am yet to a call from some person called service person.Suggest no one should buy this. Look for other brands where a service centre is available.--Update 27/Sep/2022Here is the update on excellent the service.A support ticket was created on 6th Sep 2022 and a technician was assigned.More than 15 calls to support centre, about 7/8 email to [email protected] on 24th Sep 2022 called the call centre again and asked for the Support Manager's number. The manager promised to send the technician on 26th Sep 2022, but no one visited. Again called the Manager on 27th Sep 2022 and the issue was resolved.So lead time of 23 days to fix the issue.. Please rethink before buying this product.
