Almost everything comes individually wrapped (except the two ‘pocket’ pages). One of the pocket pages comes with three pockets, the other is just a nice bag. Next, the colorful dividers are a decent card stock material, and you get 5. As for the sticky note flags, you also get a tiny ruler to go along with them. The sticky notes rest on the tiny ruler and each sticky note is made out of a plastic material (not paper). They seem to be decently sticky, too! Lastly, the paper pack comes with a protective sheet, the “personal info” page, a calendar, and the rest are just blank lined pages. This is a great quality set for the price. :)
