is this soy and gmo free?

I just received an email from the company confirming its soy free and website states its non- GMO. Yay!

What size are these pills? I have a hard time swallowing big pills.

the pills are relatively small. Shaped like a football. 3/8" long & 5/16'wide & high. Hope this helps.

Is the mk-4 in this supplement natural or synthetic? I read that many supplements use synthetic mk-4. Just wondering about this one.

MK-4 is synthetic and MK-7 is natural from natto.

isn't there a difference between vitamin K and vitamin K2?

Vitamin K1 is primarily found in leafy green vegetables, while K2 is most abundant in fermented foods and some animal products. Vitamin K2 may be absorbed better by the body and some forms may stay in the blood longer than vitamin K1. It's important to have both. Metagenics lists both as ingredients in this product.

Easy to take

I have been buying Metagenics Vitamin D3 + K for over 4 years now, according to the Amazon stat it says I've bought it 26 times just from here. It is a good product.I like that it comes in a brown glass bottle. It also has shrink wrap around the top and also a seal on top of the bottle to protect it from tampering.There is a small round desiccant canister in the bottle to keep them from sticking together.The vitamin is a small gel cap and is easy to swallow. It smells good and is a light yellow color. I take one every day. (10,000 IU)I have noticed that before taking this my hair hardly grew any, but since I began taking this I have to trim it regularly, so apparently it gives you better hair.It also seems like I don't catch as many "bugs" that go around in the winter time and if I do it is milder and doesn't last as long.It is a little on the expensive side, but it is a good product.It also has vitamin k, so it optimizes both vitamins for the best benefits. If you are looking for Vitamin D3 this is a good one to try.

Very Good Product
