Evolution Power Tools 8-1/4BLADEST 8-1/4-Inch Steel Cutting Blade with 1-Inch Arbor

Evolution Power Tools verspricht nicht zu viel bei dem was das Sägeblatt können soll. Ich habe damit mehrere Flacheisen 40 x 6 mm und Vierkantrohre 40 x 40 x 2 mm gesägt. Ich nutze das Blatt mit einer Evolution R210SMS Kappsäge und die Ergebnisse sind perfekt. Standzeit wird sich noch zeigen aber nach dem ersten Dauereinsatz sehe ich da keine Probleme.

top quality blade cuts metal like it was warm butter!!!

Used this with a Morse circular saw to cut 1/8 inch 304 stainless diamond plate. I needed to make about 20 feet of cuts for my project. Blade worked for about 3 feet before it wouldn’t cut anymore. To be honest this is about what I expected but I tried. I would recommend using this $$$ toward the cost of a plasma cutter if you need to cut a lot of stainless.

I can't get over that this blade can actually cut through 2" angle steel. It's not as fast as a friction blade or an actual cold metal saw, but for occasional use, it's great. The only issue is cutting really small things like 1/4" rod. You have to be really careful to keep the saw from catching the rod under a tooth and jamming. I clamp both sides, go really slow, and stop 3/4 of the way through the rod.
