Received the unit quickly. We are new to multicam streaming. I purchased three PTZ cameras and the L2 switcher. All of them work well. This switcher is very easy and comfortable to beginners. You will not go wrong when you get it. It supports 4HDMI inputs and USB streaming output. Work well with OBS. The 5.5"" touch screen is a nice addition. You can have the multi-view monitoring without a external monitor. It has so many features. I enjoy the PTZ controlling and the chroma keying. And the customer service is also excellent!

We've had this in operation at our church for about two months now, and for basic video switching it's worked well. In a single, reasonably-priced unit, it provides us with an adequately sized multi-view monitor, very easy video switching, and a USB webcam feed.The user interface is not terrible, but not particularly good either. They are really not using anywhere near the full potential of the touchscreen, the configuration menu is much too small on the screen, and the navigation between various configuration settings is far more awkward and confusing than it needs to be. They could have a far more satisfying product with better UI design — probably with no changes needed to the hardware.We have not used the PTZ camera controls, but they seem awkward.We have made very little use of the web app, and here again the user interface is far less friendly than it could be given that they have a whole computer screen to work with.The first one we received was extremely temperature sensitive, with severe tearing, breakup and distortion of the built-in multi-view monitor, to the point that it was effectively unusable. Oddly, the video output was fine, but with the on-device monitor being unusable we had to send it back. Customer Support was responsive, assured us that this was not normal, and so we ordered an exchange rather than a return. The new unit worked fine until summer temperatures hit and our church got up the 85°F inside, and the built-in monitor started acting flakey, but we turned the internal fan speed up from 1 (lowest) to 3 (highest), and it has been rock solid (although with a fair amount of fan noise) ever since.So what's the bottom line? For a very competitive price we get all the functionality we need (video switching of FHD sources, multi-view monitor, webcam output), in a (currently) reliable product, that is compact, with very convenient switching operation, and a moderately awkward configuration system.

I really wish this product worked well, as the design is pretty cool.Unfortunately, there are some big issues that started happening within 30 days of using it.First of all, the fun is super loud and the fan started making a loud grinding noise that only settles down if I smack the box. So something seems loose with the fan and the noise is super distracting.The 2nd issue is the screen his really glitchy and gets worse the longer it is in use. The display image starts to get distorted. It starts just getting shaky and then it completely gets distorted and is unusable.Not sure if it's because the fan isn't working properly and the display overheats, but it doesn't seem to run too hot.Anyway, I use it as a backup to my AVMatrix switcher, so the only recourse now is to not use it for extended periods of time. I just have to smack it to fix the fan grinding noise. Not ideal.

This item was purchased in May but by July the equipment started malfunctioning. We tried going thru the company, Feelgood, to get it replaced by sending them all the videos and explanations of how it was not working correctly as they requested and the company just quit responding. Had to go thru Amazon to try and get it replaced but they only refunded part of the money.
