this item does fit a 2005 f150 5.4l. I used it successfully to remove a stuck fan clutch assembly. The tools are well made and didn't flex despite needing substantial force to free the nut.

It worked fine for me, but only after spending 30 minutes trying to find the right position for the holder and then shimmying it onto two bolts. Once I got the correct angle and positioning it was a breeze.I rotated the water pump so that I could put the holder at about 2 o’clock across the two bolts on the top of the water pump. Then put the wrench at about 10 o’clock, held the holder in place and pulled clockwise on the wrench and then it was free.At first I thought it needed more offset or whatever, but once I found that position it was perfect.Could it be better? Maybe. But value for the money, it’s great!

Worked great especially compared to a $90 tool that only does half the job. I did have to remove the bolts on the pulley to attach it since my 05 trailblazer has 13mm bolts but it wasn't an issue.

Great wrench, well built and does the job with a cheater pole attached. The device for holding the water pump did not fit my 2001 Ford F150, so I had to borrow that tool from the auto parts store. The wrench was worth the purchase price, though.

This tool just works. It made removing the fan clutch quick and easy.The tool itself seems pretty tough. I was a little worried when I saw a review on here showing it bent out of shape. I honestly have no idea how you could so that short of maybe starting the engine while it was still on.If you're going to remove the radiator fan for whatever reason, this was worth it for me. No hammering down on a foot long impact extension that you don't have, just the proper tool.

So, I tried to use it on my 2014 Range Rover Sport HSE with 3.0 Petrol.It has 36 nuts for the Fan Clutch.Once I put it all together and tried to rotate (in right direction) the 36 end of the wrench just bend out and the whole key just rotate over the nut. That's it!!I did NOT use any extender and I'm NO Jack Reacher, so I did NOT apply 500 lbs of torque!But anyway, the tool was rendered useless in less then 5 mins.Second note - the second tool to lock the pulley, very unstable and NOT really helping.At any rate, I went to Advanced Auto parts and bought whatever was there of the shelf and ta-da 5 mins later I was pulling the Fan clutch out of the car.In reality the best choice is to buy the REAL 36 wrench and use it, at least I ordered myself the real one.But, yeahhh - Kind of nice looking tool, but I would guess the steel is NOT really hardened and as result NOT really durable, NOT really tool :((((((

These are very well made tools. And look great.The 32mm wrench is a little loose on my Z3 1.9L fan nut.But it held it from moving when I removed the fan.The fan pulley tool also worked good. You just have to find the 2 bolt holesto line it up.Very happy with my purchase.And a great price too!!
