BOOX Magnetic Pen2 Pro with Ereaser Feature

Love the pen. Great alternative to the remarkable pen. The eraser is plastic but does not scratch my screen.

I’ve had this pen for less than a couple of months. Due to the poor strength of the magnet and the cylindrical design of the pen, the pen became inoperable after it fell off my desk ONCE. The response from Onyx customer service was basically if you damage an iPhone you wouldn’t get a refund. Completely insensitive, in my opinion. It wasn’t until I mentioned the poor design and magnet strength that they even offered a mere 20% discount. I refuse to buy this $80 pen again. iPhones can be dropped several times without breaking. I was very disappointed in the pen and in the response from Onyx. There was no I’m sorry or we will let someone know about your experience. Just basically too bad. In other words, make sure you hold on to the pen for dear life, because if it happens to fall, it will quit working. You will get no sympathy from Onyx customer service.

Something about this stylus just doesn't feel very high quality. Maybe it's the very smooth plastic and light weight. It doesn't look particularly nice. The eraser works okay but ultimately I returned this because the price just felt too high for what I got.

I like everything about the new Boox pen. The writing smoothness. Pricey but worth it. The eraser is epic. I recommend this pen to all my Amazon fam.
