Is there a way to reach customer service? My salt shaker is damaged, wonder if they will replace it

Yes, go to your original order and select "return ". It will then prompt you for a reason. Then select "damaged ".

How many ounces do they hold?

I don't know for sure but holds more than those premade filled ones you can buy at the grocery store. Its larger than the typical restaurant glass shakers. I'd guess about 2 to 2.5 oz of dry product. Pepper doesn't weigh as much as salt so hard to tell. They are very nice sized. Not too big and not too small.

They're just ok and work fine. Deducted a star as writing is chipped on the Salt one. Guessing the writing will continue to chip off with use...time will tell. They do look pretty cute on the table.
