Best waterproof eyeliner around!

I have tried a lot of waterproof eyeliners and have found that most still run or fade as the day goes on. NOT this one! It glides on smoothly and stays on all day. I have to use waterproof make-up remover if I want it to go away!

Waste of money

The eye liner tip broke off and even using the sharpener that came with it just kept eating it up. Never able to get a smooth tip on it let alone have it actually go smoothly upon application. Waste of money.
