Wont stay on battery terminal, no matter how much you tighten it
Bought this so I could add wiring for some large accessories to my 4 wheel drive truck. No matter how much it was tightened, it would come loose with a firm twist. Item came with shims, tried that, but still came loose. I can't have a battery cable come loose anywhere, much less when offroading. It's rigid aluminum, and it can't conform to a tapered battery post. My battery posts were not worn out from cleaning. The search goes on

Does Not Stay tight, Caused a Fire,
Warning, do not buy.I installed these to help add addition Leads for a stereo system,I noticed that Intime they would loosen up and start to get hot. I would re tighten but still became loose.Today I lost all power and it started a fire at the battery, Had my Grand daughter with me.Luckily I was able to react quickly and get her out of the vehicle and also had a fire extinguisher so it limited the damage.Will be thousands of dollars worth of damage.I do not recommend these.

High quality machining
As with other reviewers, I had difficulty getting the terminal tight enough to stay on. It kept wanting to slide up the post and then it would rotate easily. I had to use a box end wrench on my allen wrench while pressing down. Once I accomplished this, it loosened up immediately when I went to tighten a nut on a cable. So I held off and did the final tightening of the terminal last. Same thing with the negative side. So it seems I have gotten it together now, but I am keeping an allen wrench and my old factory terminals with me in case these new ones come loose. Note: I had sprayed the battery posts with Napa battery post protector, and this may have contributed to the problem by perhaps lubricating the posts. If they stay on, then I will be very please with this item.

Not worth the effort to open the box
Stick out a mile, clamps come loose no matter how much you tighten them. Not worth it

Looks like a beast
They do not stay tight- has to cut my tool to install and in a jeep there is not a lot of room. It really is a good bus however they need to figure out how to enable it to stay tight.
