I’m very happy with this purchase. I knocked it one star for ergonomics because I do have to hunch over a bit to type because - at least on the treadmill at the gym - it sits a little low for typing and reading the screen. Otherwise, it’s fantastic. I didn’t use the straps that came with it. I used some bungee type chords. It was sturdy, didn’t shake, and I was not at all concerned about it falling. This is a game changer for this author who needs to get a little exercise while working on my next book!

Update 6.30.22: The seller Fed exed the straps to me and as I stated before, the desk itself does exactly what I wanted it too and has been very handy and is sturdier now with the straps. Seller was very communicative throughout the whole process also. So if you happen to not get the straps, please reach out to them. Between the product and their customer service the rating has gone from 3 to 5.Previous Reciew: This will be great once I get the straps. Reading through the sellers responses they say to make sure to check for foam piece. There was not one piece of foam in the box, bubble wrap around the desk, that’s it. Took apart box. No way to get in touch with seller, so have had to order pieces which will hopefully fit. The desk is perfect but because the main supporting pieces were missing hard to give it a good rating.

After reading tons of reviews on those "under desk" treadmills, I decided I wanted to go another route as it seemed like they all burned out quickly and you still had to spend the money to have the desk.I bought a cheap, almost new full-size treadmill on OfferUp and then bought this laptop desk to create my own walking desk. It arrived the day it was supposed to, and the company emailed me to let me know where to find the straps, which was super helpful.The desk is sturdy, and the straps secure it to my treadmill. I've had it two days and already have spent a couple hours each day walking and working. If you have a full-size treadmill that you want to convert to a walking desk, this is a good way to go.

I ordered this one and another one that was $10 cheaper. What I liked about this one is that there are metal clips to adjust the tightness around the handrails whereas the other one had plastic connectors and elastic strips, which made the “desk” less secure. I obviously do not use a high speed while using it, but have put in three miles comfortably.

I use this to walk on an incline while working. I manage to walk at incline 4 and speed 3.5 while typing— enough to keep me in cardio range even while working! Love it!
