Perfect for the job! Important note: this is the RECHARGEABLE version of the 2032 battery. Yes, I know it says that in the description but for reassurance and avoidance of doubt!

This product is as described, a rechargeable ML 2032 battery for motherboard / SEGA Dreamcast. Use of standard CR2032 would cause damage as is not rechargeable.

Poor quality
I don't think this is a new battery. Straight from the off it did not hold it's charge like a new battery should. Very disappointed.
