Great Beer Stein
Great stein it looks really nice and makes beer look awesome. It's designed in a way that it is hard to tip over, heavy enough that it won't tip easily, and thick enough that it keeps the drink cool. The stein is very sturdy but during shipping it got damaged and Alchemade got it replaced, happy with the service.

Beautifully Made and Great Value
What do you get a guy for his Silver Wedding Anniversary? My husband doesn't wear jewelry, doesn't like having a key chain in his pocket and would never use a money clip - all common silver wedding anniversay gift suggestions for a man. What to do, what to do? This stein was the perfect answer and he loved it. Highly recommend the product if you are looking for a silver plated item that won't break the bank but is well made, useful and attractive.

Well made. Sturdy.
Took this to the Renaissance Pleasure Faire in CA. Received positive comments on how nice it looked. Shiny. Sturdy. Well mad. Only reason why 4 Stars...the handle is thin, almost childlike. But, it is a great buy

Collectable
I am very pleased with the Stein. Surprised that it had a good weight to and very pretty. This will be a perfect gift to the man with everything.

I liked these but we didn't see any instructions on the boxes and put them in the dishwasher. Immediately looked tarnished and will not come off. Not even with silver cleaner. Nice cups but do NOT put them in the dishwasher. The site said it is posted but you'd have to be looking for it to find it. I have silver/pewter mugs like this and we've had no problem with those so buyer beware. Again, nice mugs, just handle them properly.

Leaks through pinhole in engraving, expensive, poor quality.
Purchased this a couple years ago for our wedding. Used it only for the wedding then it came home and went in the china cabinet with the west of our wedding stuff. Decided to pull it out and clean it up a couple weeks ago to use it again... and it was leaking! Small pinhole in the side of the mug in part of the engraving. Dunno if the product was like this when I bought it, never sent it through a “test run” before using it for the wedding... and there was so much commotion and excitement at the wedding that I would have never noticed.Stein was never dropped or damaged in any way (in fact, I had it hanging from a strap on my side for the entire wedding other then when it was in use).Waste of money... buying a stein (especially a more expensive one such as this) that leaks is like buying a ship that doesn’t float.

Great mug for my craft beer...
Sometimes you just want to enjoy a cold one. This mug can be thrown in the freezer for a few minutes and keep your beer cold for a longer time.

Inconsistent quality
I bought the antique copper mug about a year ago. The hand-drawn etching was well done, it's sturdy with a nice weight to it, and it keeps beer super cold on a hot day. I ordered myself a silver one this week and was disappointed to find the prices have gone up but the quality has gone way down. The etching looks like chicken scratches. You can clearly see the difference, one looks like flowers and leaves, the other doesn't. It's not worth $40 and sadly I am returning it. I'm glad they are refunding me.
