This is a very good product, i pulled ligaments in my ankle and was told to do the ice treatment, i was using bags of frozen peas which was a waste, then was recommended to try these from my daughter in law . Very easy to use and get in the correct position, and the large Velcro straps holds it in place well , would work well on whatever part of your body that needs it , would throughly recommend

Good product just what I ordered

These are good for wrists, neurodiverse friendly. Good as a mental health diversion as they can be worn to distract. The cover prevents ice burns and allows comfort and the straps mean they can be worn and not have to be held. Highly recommended.

These ice packs are great to use on arms and legs and far superior to putting ice blocks in a plastic bag and trying to hold it onto the required area. The straps are very study and I've had no issue with the quality of them. The neoprene outer material is also quite comfortable on skin and prevents discomfort while wearing.

Fairly useless

Firstly, this is much preferable to tying a bag of frozen peas around your limb with a tea towel underneath. The construction is ideal and once chilled, very user friendly. The only issue I have is that I wanted to leave these in the freezer and have them readily available when required. When I did this the gel in the pack froze solid, losing one of the benefits, i.e. being malleable. (Putting in the fridge didn't chill them enough regardless of time left in) I now have to put them in the freezer before activity (just in case) and set a reminder to take them out if not needed. (Not sure if them freezing solid will damage the gel inside over time?) Otherwise very pleased with the product.

Used these for my knee, worked well for me would use again

I use this product for headaches and for icing achy body parts. I also love that this product came with a ziploc pouch to keep the gel pack in good condition. Sometimes when icepacks are stored in the freezer they get that freezer smell. This pouch keeps it from getting that smell. Great product...great price. Thank you!

I really like it for heat and cold the size of it is perfect.

I like how comfortable this feels on your skin. The outside of it is a nice, soft material and protects your skin from getting too cold. It also comes with a protective bag for the freezer so it doesn’t get dirty. Well worth the money.
