These are the perfect size for a grab and go, low calorie snack that hits that sweet tooth craving.Me and my husband are on a calorie counting diet, but sometimes you just need that sweet hit. As these are small individually packaged bars, they are great to just grab one (and stop at one) and at only 65 calories they work out great.
