The media could not be loaded.  Looks great. Gets warm, even hot. So what's wrong? It always shows a full charge, even after it shuts itself off because of a low battery. There is no indication when it is running low on charge until it says "Lo" and just shuts off. Even when charging it always shows a full charge so you don't know when it is fully charged. It's going back.UPDATE: I got a replacement. Bad news. Same problem. Charge indicator lights simply don't function. Always shows full charge. Going back again for full refund.

You can choose the right temperature, which heats up really quickly. The LCD display shows the current temperature or remaining battery power. It's light enough to fit in your coat pocket or bag, and I think everyone should have one. It's the kind of gadget you'd never think to buy for yourself, but when you give it as a gift, it's the best gift you'll ever receive!

This little device is very powerful and can heat up extremely fast in less than a few seconds. It is warm enough to warm both of my hands. It's small, but it's comfortable to hold. There is also a silicone wrist strap that can be tied around the hand warmer to prevent it from falling off. I like that it is rechargeable. This can also be used as a power bank and it comes with a USB adapter that can be connected to your phone or any device if you want to charge it. I personally find this useful when I go camping, hiking, or even keep it in my car for emergencies when my car breaks down in the winter and I highly recommend this product.

Having had hand warmers in the past (and loving them!), I bought 2 of them, one as a gift and one for myself. The charger didn't fit into the unit on one of them, and both of them had an issue of turning on and then turning off after about a minute- but then next time it was fine. The lights wouldn't turn off no matter how long you held the button down for. Since a lot of people seem to be having the same problem, I'm just going to return them and get another brand. Too bad, because when they did work, they were nice and warm.

I bought five of these to give as gifts to my family. Two were defective right out of the box and two more broke the week after Christmas. Only one still works. Not good odds.

Warms up great. Warms hands. The charging cable they sent doesn’t plug into anything.

Battery level indicator worked with first charge and now only shows full charge even after 6 hrs of use. Also, sometimes the warmer blinks "LO" and powers off. Can't figure out if it's low temp or low battery. Nothing in the manual references this. Company offers a Warranty but no contact info is provided.

Got two of these as gifts for my sister and niece who spend a lot of time outdoors at the local stable with their horse. This was just a small add-on gift for my niece and she has since told everyone it is one of her favorite Christmas presents this year. She has been using it constantly to warm herself up. So I am really pleased with my purchase and definitely recommend.
