Q: Will this work to brew overnite iced coffee?

I specifically purchased this to make cold brew coffee. It works splendidly with coarse ground coffee.

Q: I’m reading that the screen can not be replaced and it requires a coarse grind. true??

Coarse grind is best to limit the amount of sediment however I have on occasion used regular grind coffee without any problem.

Q: Does the finish chip off in the dishwasher after repeated use? Thank you

Ours is fine but it only hits the dishwasher once in awhile . Usually it’s just rinsed out or hand washed between uses . Probably gets a dishwasher ride a couple times a month and we’ve had it about a year and it still looks new and works great . Best coffee maker ever , and we’ve literally had over a hundred different ones . I love this one , and it makes the best coffee I’ve ever made .
