Pflueger Echelon Low Profile Baitcast Reel

Good reel for the price!

Owned one already, has been one of my favorite reels. Hardly ever backlashes. Handles fish well. Has never malfunctioned to this date.

It is extremely hard to operate for me and I actually bought it for my kid-- I don't recommend it for that application-- I have other Pflueger equipment that works great and will buy other products by them-- no more baitcasting for me.

only had a couple of months and has quit working,tried to e mail company ,got sent back.what the heck!

Strike 1: Not always but frequently the level wind would start going only half way back and forth. Strike 2: The spool tension knob on the right side would not tighten down to adjust for lure weight resulting in frequent backlashes (been useing baitcasts for 40 yrs, I know what I am doing). Strike 3: Backlash loops would get caught between the spool and reel houseing and damage or break line. Returned reel for refund.
