It works better than some. Wire seems like it will retain its memory for a long time, others do not and become useless. And it looks good. Does that matter? Sure. A tool that looks good in your hand always seems to work better.

i liked how it felt in my hands and that it holds the Cap from flying away... i didnt like that it didnt say Glorious along the side like the switch puller i have, fix that guys and gals

I got this after reading reviews of how disappointed others were with the super cheap/included-in-the-box ones. Very satisfied. It made my very first mechanical keyboard tinkering adventure fun and worry free. The project was to replace all keycaps on a prebuilt keyboard with colorful keycaps. Its easy enough to have the wires grip the letter keycaps quickly and with no damage. I worried about the larger keys, but then you just bend the wires farther apart and it pull them off just as easily. The best part is that the wires come back relatively straight after this, so the puller still stores almost flat. Sad that I only have one keyboard to use it on. Might have to fix that soon...

I like the gold plating, but other than that, it’s nothing too special. Having a long handle makes it kind of easy to use, I suppose, but the ergonomics doesn’t seem too much better than cheaper alternatives.

I didn't know I needed one of these until I got this one. almost a necessity for maintaining and cleaning mechanical gaming keyboards.

Needed to change out some keys on my logitech keyboard and this worked well.

I've gotten a few pullers as throw ins or whatever for other mech key purchases but I lost them in the move I guess so I needed a new one for a good keyboard cleaning. This one feels much nicer in the hand than others I've used so it's a good pick!
