Fantastic Charger! I have used this for numerous things while waiting for an oem replacement to fix things around the house. It has every adapter I could ever need and lets you set voltage for any item you need it for. Just a great design and great product.

I wish I’d bought this adapter long ago. Adapters get separated from their devices and disappear. I’ve only used this on a Victure trail camera at 6 volts but it worked as expected. The selector switch is tight and has positive clicks. I think it’s a quality adapter and a very good value. It was delivered very quickly.

It works for my game camera.

This one didn’t do what it was supposed to do. I got it because Amazon recommended it through their AI suggestion system when I was looking for a replacement cord for my Ninja power station. I lost the original cord, and after searching online for a match and coming up empty, I figured I’d take a chance on this universal adapter since it said it was compatible.Spoiler alert: it’s not.Even though I specifically checked to see if this would work with my model and it said yes, I brought it home, plugged it in, and… nothing. It doesn’t fit the generator at all. Now I’m stuck with a power station I still can’t use, and a plug that’s taking up space.What makes this even more frustrating is that the product page makes it sound like it’s compatible with pretty much everything. I really wish there was a much clearer disclaimer about the actual models it supports. The generic “works with most devices” language is not helpful when it leaves you in limbo.To top it all off, I didn’t send it back in time because I tend to put stuff away and forget. So now I’ve got a cord I can’t use and a review I’ve been meaning to write just to say: this shouldn’t have happened. The clarity on compatibility has got to be better.

The banner may be a bit misleading; The main output is 24W with an additional 6W USB port. This can be handy if you need to power two devices. My unit lasted for almost 3 years under constant use of the main output alone.I appreciate the LED indicator that confirms that the adapter is working. (This simple and useful feature is missing from so many other similar power supplies).A nice array of adapters is included. (None of the barrel adapters include a center pin).The connector plug of the main output is 5.5mm OD x 2.1mm ID barrel connector, which might fit a variety of devices without the need for an adapter. However, this plug is about 2mm shorter than the standard (10mm) length of the adapter plugs. This may present a connection issue, particularly if the OEM power supply includes a locking ring. This appears to be a design flaw. Such shortcomings may be resolved with the use of a short (6") extension cable with 5.5mm x 2.1mm male-to-female connectors. Vendors include Amazon, PCH Cables, Valley Enterprises, Show Me Cables, and Parts Express. Look for part number "VB870-DC-MF-6" or "DC-MF-6".Wall plug does NOT fold for travel.Caution:This power supply is NOT compatible with laptops or other high power equipment that would exceed the rated output.It may not be compatible with guitar pedals or other music equipment that require opposite polarity unless a reverse adapter is used, e.g.: SoulBay 5.5 x 2.1mm Jack Reverse Polarity Converter Cable for Guitar Piano Pedals Keyboard, Model: DC01N.How to determine the polarity of the device:You can easily recognize polarity by looking for a symbol near the DC power input of your device. It should have a "+" and "-" at opposite ends, and a "C" shape in the middle. If the dot in the center of the "C" connects to the -, it's negative polarity! (the + is on the outside and the - is on the inside). If it's the reverse of that, it is positive polarity.

I purchased this universal 30w charger adapter because I was always looking for one cord or another to use in a laptop or a toy for my son etc. Needless to say I have a box of jumbled wires (which has now gown to two boxes) I thought that if I had 1 device that could take the place of all of those wires and I could keep it somewhere where I could easily find it, I would be way better off in the long run. So far I have already used it to charge up a netbook that I had lost the charger for years ago. I was able to charge it up and found a ton of pictures on it that I hadn't even remembered I had taken. That right there has made this purchase worthwhile. It is a very sturdy construction and comes with seven different tips that should cover any type of input that I have. Hopefully anyways. It also comes with a small key that allows you to change the power settings on the main box. This is the only part that I am afraid of losing, I wish it had a place on the plug where you could store it for safe keeping. For now, I will just keep everything stored in it's box until I need it again. I see this getting plenty of use in the future. I would recommend this to hobbyists or anyone, like me, that has a hosuefull of assorted electronics from years gone by with little clue as to where the power cord is.If anyone has found this review helpful in any way, please feel free to hit the button.Thank You.
