Yes but it is about as fast to load then by hand into the tubes

No a case feeder is really only beneficial for a progressive reloading press since with turret you are only loading one case at a time.

Is there any way/kludge to hook this up to a Dillon 550?

No buy the Dillon unit too feed

What keeps the cases from feeding into the tube in an upside down direction?

Not positive how it works, other than the base of the brass is heavier so gravity takes over. I have heard of others that have had cases go in upside down. I haven't had that happen yet, but have only reloaded about 1200 rounds since I got it. I use it for 40 S&W.
