Love love love this, works great, even with cheap paper towels, easy to use, very sturdy, looks fancy and well built, I have it on my counter in my kitchen due to living in apartment so mounting wasn’t available for me. Haven’t had it long and isn’t dirty, but will fix this if I have to clean it, love the color

This is a great product and it works great! No more dirty fingerprints on your paper towel rolls. Everyone that comes to my house has to try it out. Real crowd pleaser! Highly recommend this product!

Great product in theory. Well made and it has a nice design. It does NOT dispense Viva Brand Paper Towels. I would love to have had it work as our new kitten loves to use the paper towels as his personal chew toy...Had to return it based on the machine NOT being able to dispense Viva Brand Paper Towels.

I had high hopes for this product, but it only lasted a month. From the start it was quite noisy, though it still worked. After about three weeks, when the paper roll was running low, the motor kept running as if trying to feed more paper but nothing came out. It happened twice, and soon after it only worked occasionally, always with a terrible noise, until it completely stopped. The motor itself seems fine, but something in the roller mechanism broke, since it no longer moves to feed or retract the paper. It really had very little use—we are only two people at home and gone most of the day. Honestly, I cannot recommend it. I gave it one star because that’s the minimum, but in reality, it deserves zero.

I really like this product. It works great but make sure you’re using bounty or some other thin towels because I tried using viva towels there and it gets stuck the rollers get stuck and the towel gets stuck in there so it only works with thinner type of towels.Rose

The media could not be loaded. My family uses paper towel like they are going out of style. My kids have a way of taking 3,4,5 when they only need 1 at most. This device assures that they only use what they need.Its a little bulky. But it sits well on my counter. So far its worked flawlessly. Even with thicker towels. Easy set up. Plug in (or battery), open the door, place in towels, close door. Done.I've read mixed reviews on it getting jammed. So far so good. We've used the thicker paper towels with no issues at all.I should have bought this a long time ago. Definitely one of my best Amazon purchases. I highly reccomed.

The media could not be loaded. What a cool product. The only complaint I have is that I want it in black. This touchless paper towel dispenser makes life so much easier. No more holding roll with one hand and literally ripping off with the other. Simply put hand over the activator and towels come out. After pulling off how much you want, the dispenser pulls in the remaining keeping them clean for next use.

Love it! It's so convenient especially if your hands are either dirty or if one hand is occupied with something else. It's a lot bigger than I thought, so make sure it won't take up too much of your counter space.
