Thise was my very 1st purchase of any type of capsule version of mullen! This didn't disappoint in any area! This was not only a 3mo. Supply but it was the only one i found that had the same all natural ingredients at the same amt. As the tincture that i'd been purchasing for years! I was very concerned when my tincture that i had trusted for so long started showing up looking like black molasses instead of it's all natural honey color. This continued for the next 3 orders! After the 2nd discolored order was made is when i decided to make the switch & i'm so glad i did! This has only took only a tad bit longer to start working it's magic for me... now that may be to it already being built up in my system, i can't say for sure. All i do know is i'm now paying less, i know it's working great because it's helping even more than the expensive tinture i'd been paying for & it's been helping get out at least double the amt. than the big name brand tincture with the all natural sugar they fail to state, yet still states no sugar. No worries with these capsules! All more reason this is such a bonus, knowing i'll not be putting that in my system anymore esp. since the color wasn't correct at all any longer also! These mullen capsules are an easy essential to your daily routine for respiratory health. One daily capsule helps to relieve some if my lung junk. As a smoker I have to say nothing gives me more relief than mullen. It helps to soothe my throat and break up the stubborn phlegm. The capsules appear to be easier with digestive issues than the drops.

Zazzee Extra Strength Mullein Leaf 10:1 Extract, 120 Vegan, 3000 mg, $19+ I opened one capsule, dumped it on my tongue and washed it down. An hour later, I started to cough up lunger luggies and after a couple of hours I thought it was a little intense. So 3000 mg is too much for children since I am a 140 pound old man. 6 hours of coughing up every 10 minutes and the coughing lessened. After 12 hours of taking the capsule, it was over and I could sleep. So don't take a capsule unless you are going to be up for 12+ hours. I was suffering from fluids filling my lungs that were too thick to cough up, so the amount of air I could breathe in was 1/3 of my normal lung among. The Mullein caps got me to 1/2 or 3/4 lung capacity now and that is great. And only one pill. The quack doctors charged me $11,000 for nothing. I've been on my deathbed for 2 years now, and this is hope for a future again. I am going to recover for a few days and take another capsule again.
