Seems to Work well for stress.

Works just as you would think. It relaxes me and the effect seems to last for maybe 6 hours or so. I take before sleep and it is really good.

only Theanine product with highest dose → effective calming

The product ia good, but it was $10.50 a bottle in May and has now shot up to $21.00. That's insane and not worth it.
