This seems pretty expensive. Has anyone tried Thera Pearl Eye Mask by Bausch + Lomb?

I bought the Thera Pearl, but the strap isn't adjustable and the mask seems too tight for my head. I'm returning it and getting the Bruder. Damaging my eyes is not worth saving a few bucks.

Is this complicated and do you have to buy the stuff to go in it? I have never seen one.

It's NOT complicated and NO you don't have to buy the stuff to go in it. It comes ready to use; it works really really well.

Is it okay to fall asleep with these on? 10 min is a long time to keep track of. And I wouldn't want to set a 10 min stopwatch to wake anyone up.

My eye doctor recommended wearing it to bed if I didn't want to keep track of the 15 minutes. He said I could use it as a sleep mask and that would be fine.
