For seller only: Is there caffeine from green tea leaf?

To my knowledge there is no caffine. I take this product 2 x daily for my balance problem which has improved greatly.

I see this is good for skin care internally. Is there any benefits to breaking open a capsule and adding it to my skin serum?

How long before to see result ?
