I think I found hidden treasure! I suffer from neck/shoulder tension and pain. I guess from chronic Sinusitis/allergies. So applying focused pressure is needed but hard to do with foam rollers, balls on rope, etc. So I wrote these folks and asked if I could put a rope through the hole in it and give it a go, even though it’s a roller for the foot, quads and large lower body muscle groups. Nice helpful people, they said they have done so to. So I took out an elastic cord from a rubber acupressure ball and strung it through the roller.I draped it over the back of my neck and pulled.Wow! It really applied uniform pressure and I could easily slide it to the areas needed as well as reposition over my shoulder because it’s curved, Bingo!It works Folks! The thermoplastic material it’s made of is flexible, but firm. I never saw a material like this, it is outstanding!Oh, it works great on the foot to. Who knew?Get one. I keep it with me wherever I go.

This is a great little tool to have. I have a few muscle release/massage tools and this one does the same thing but in ways that other tools don't. I would say it looks accurate to what is pictured and I got what I was expecting. It is a very firm/solid rubber, possibly with a hard inner shell. I don't know what else to say. It does probably what you think it does, seems durable. I would recommend it.

This device was a pleasant surprise. I have used a wide variety of self-care items including different rollers. The material used, the shape and size contribute to its usefulness in addressing the problems of the IT band, the feet, the sides, etc. It will not solve all of you problems but it is just the thing for a number of difficult areas. I highly recommend this roller for those who know the value of intelligent self-care.

I have tried countless foot massage tools before this, and none were satisfactory. This one, however, is extraordinary. From the very first time I used it, it relaxed the arches of my feet so much that it changed my posture and also made my low back more relaxed.

This is the absolute best foot roller. I am a performer and i don’t go anywhere without this one. I have had to purchase more as gifts because it seems that everyone tries to steal it from me.
