It’s a great eyeliner and goes in smooth so no skin pulling which is awesome around the thinner areas of the eye.

Love this pencil. A hard, non waterproof eyeliner, great for creating that smoky, hazy line that blurs as you wear it. Eyeliners like this that were popular back in the 90s are getting harder to find, especially ones with such a beautiful color range as this. This pencil is a hard formula that allows you to sharpen it to a point to hold a finer line; since it is a harder formula, you may want to soften it a bit with a hairdryer or lighter, but I’ve not had to do that, I find it goes on smoothly and is well pigmented. This is not for crisp lines that last all day, even on oily lids. The line I create softens as I wear it, diffusing into a beautiful, soft, halo effect as it wears. If you want it to hold a line, use primer and set it with a powder. I swatched this gray against my waterproof Victoria Beckham ash eyeliner, the colors were pretty much identical; on my eyes, this pulls just enough blue to brighten my eyes, the VB pulls yellow and can drain me. This color is deep enough to define my eyes without looking harsh or closing then in. Truly a beautiful shade. Love this gray so much I ordered it on a subscription, and also picked up the green and purple to try. So happy I found this!

The eyeliner does not glide on easily. It is hard and dry. It pulls on your delicate eyelid.Am returning this product. Would not recommend this eyeliner.

It's hard to find old fashioned eye pencils that you can actually sharpen as you go, and see how much pencil is left. Nowadays, they're made with plastic tubing, self-sharpening features were the tips just fall off, and some are so fat the you can't successfully sharpen. I like the unusual color, easy to apply, and no smudges. I gave it 4 stars because the price was a tad high.

I'm very picky and I really love this pencil, love this color, although I think pewter is not the best description. I have dark brown eyes with some specks of green so this looks natural and the quality of the pencil is fantastic, goes on easy , smooth and the color blends great. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in more colors. I really like natural colors and most of what they have is bright and garish colors. This is the only color I like but if you guys decide to make more colors, same product in every other way, I will be a repeat customer guaranteed.
