Doesn’t hold charge longer than 48 hours. More trouble than it’s worth!

Best door camera, works great, fast and accurate

Works perfectly I had some issues at the beginning with my home wifi but at the end the issue was sorted and both cameras working perfectly

Stopped working after two months, service solution with warranty hard to access.. no clear instructions how to use. Item received just a handful of calls and then stopped working (battery has been replaced - that is not the issue) so item creates more issues then it solves. To have it replaced or fixed means to have it installed again and that is done with an installation fee.

Items good bit doesn't connect to Alexa so unless you buy the extra chime it's pretty pointless for a family as only works on a phone so if that person is out nobody know someone is at the door....

This is a great little thing but it needs to be near to the Wi-Fi and to get the full benefit you need a monthly subscription which is a pain.
