A must have for people who like to make cool stuff! Do you make cool stuff?
I bought this again because the first one I bought already had pins soldered to it and I wanted to make a project as compact as possible. I love all Raspberry Pis and this one really doesn't need much review. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, without all the extras. If you don't need pins, grab this. If you need pins, grab this and some pins or just grab the one they sell with the pins. Really doesn't matter. Just buy it if you need it (Or want it - It is cheap enough to be able to buy one almost every week if you don't get your overpriced coffee and avacado toast!).

Great for running a Pihole server!
I absolutely love this Raspberry Pi Zero 2W! I bought it to use as a second Pihole DNS server because we only had one before, and it would take down the whole network every time it needed to reboot or it crashed for whatever reason. Now, we have redundancy on our network. I bought a nice aluminum case with a thermal pad and heatsink fins, and it keeps the Pi Zero running nice and cool. The Pi Zero 2W has plenty of computing power to handle Pihole and Wireguard servers. It stays plugged in right next to the modem and router, and since there is no fan needed it is completely silent. If you need the GPIO pins, then this one is likely not for you unless you don't mind soldering them on yourself. I just didn't feel the need to pay the extra few $$ for that model because I do not need the pins for my use case.If you want to set up a Pihole or you have some other project that needs a little Linux computer, then look no further. I love this little thing!

Problems with Debian Bookworm and some Pi Zero 2 WiFi controller chips
Had intermittent and then no WiFi connection using the current Debian Bookworm OS. After much research I found that others also have had this issue and reverting to Debian Bullseye release got the WiFi working properly. I think this issue only shows up on some Pi Zero 2's that use a specific WiFi controller. Not all Pi Zero 2's have this problem but I bought 3 of these and they all exhibit this problem. Pretty sure it's firmware related for the onboard WiFi controller. Hopefully Debian will address this in future Bookworm releases. Other than this problem, the Pi Zero 2 works great albeit much slower than the Pi 3, 4 and 5.

It’s a good product
So for what it cost it was a little expensive i am using it to run klipper on my ender 3 pro one thing I didn’t like was when i was trying to connect it to my tv i was trying another project it uses an hdmi mini cable to hdmi and I didn’t have one at the time so i have to wait to order one and it only has one usable port unless you get a usb expansion card or something similar one port is for power and the other is for communication although it did perform pretty well when i was running klipper it still had quite a bit of cpu left so it was performing well it came in good condition and it didn’t get a hot as I thought it would i was going to make a custom case and a fans but with just some ventilation holes it would be fine overall good product.

It a Pi, 'nuff said
Raspberry Pi's are well known devices in the maker space. I used this to add Wifi to an old Prusa Mk3s printer. It works flawlessly and was as easy as I expected it to be. I have a lot of experience with boards like the Raspberry Pi and in spite of the prices lately they are still the most well supported, documented, and compatible devices on the market. Can't go wrong with RPi.
