I didn't see any effect. I consider it as total waste of money 😔

The first time I took this. about 15 minutes later. My thoughts seemed clear and I thought " OH MY IS THIS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO BE IN THE HERE AND NOW!!" My husband even saw the results saying semiseriously "If you stop taking that we will have to go to marriage counseling."

This is so good, it helps me settle down and stay focussed at my desk. I take one, or two if I *really* need help to sit and stay sat. No jitteriness or speediness like caffeine or stimulants, just feel calm and serene and able to concentrate.

Take two of these bad boys every single day. If I forget for a few weeks then I noticed when I am trying to recall a name of word there is an internal time lag between when I want the word and it pops into my mind (tip of tongue is the phrase). Take these and the time lag is mostly gone. I'm 68 if that makes any difference to your decision making. There are some things I take religiously, these are one of them.
