This is a great liquid b-12 supplement. A lot of the supplements we take don’t actually have what our body needs. This b-12 has methylcobalamin, which our body absorbs and uses. The liquid version of b-12 is best form of b-12 u can take because it breaks down and absorbs faster. After taking this for a month, to be honest i didn’t even take it everyday, I went back and did my blood test and my b-12 levels are normal . I would recommend.

I've been using this product daily for months now, so I've reordered it several times, even though the price is higher than some other brands. It's difficult to prove, but I do seem to have more energy since using it.Here's the problem. This is the second time I've had the glass stopper come apart after a few uses--the glass measuring dropper falls out of the rubber bulb on the cap, and can't be replaced so that it will stay. Luckily, I had washed and saved a previous bottle, so when it happened on a new bottle, I switched caps/droppers. But today, I don't have an extra dropper, so I tried to contact the manufacturer, using the proper protocol for the Amazon purchase--you know, that "GET CUSTOMER SUPPORT" button? There is NO customer support when you follow that link or even if you go directly to the website.The website has NO way to contact customer service or anyone else--it's ONLY set up to sell product. And there is NO phone number to call for help. There is NO email address to send a customer service request to either. There is NO Facebook Page, NO Twitter Page. I get that when you just sell vitamins/supplements, you might not think there's a need for Customer Service, but I am proof that there is.It gives rise to the question: If the product container fails, how can I be sure the product inside that comes in contact with that glass dropper is safe for consumption and not contaminated?
